I have placed an order for an Apple iPad on 5th Jan.
Its been 10 days and still the product has not been shipped.
On enquiring the CSR tells me the order has not even been verified due to a technical problem on their side.
Even after 4 days of sending the required information for verification, there is no update...
Very bad service even though I did not face any problem with my earlier orders with them.
Should think twice before ordering from them now on wards...
