Deposit refund

Hello,

I SENTHILNATHAN of Chennai Tamilnadu has paid an amount of Rs4000 500 for the broadband connection. I have taken a half yearly plan. After the payment the airtel Officers does not analyse the location that whether feasibility is available or not they transfered my amount to Head office. Why should i wait for my money without any connection provided to me by airtel. Now they are saying that amount will be refunded in 2 Month. Already 1 Month are over after the payment. So i kindly request you to refund my amount as early as possible.
