Not getting my bills from last 4 months

Hi,

This is vinay chaudhary. Sir i'm using your airtel broadband with a fixed line. My number was 43051836 which is now changed to 47537509, i dont know how it is changed but i'm very confuse about it. I also talked to mine number which was 43051836 and that is using by some person named PARAM KAUR from dilshad garden. I'm also not recieving my broadband bills from the last 4 months from your side. Sir i'm waiting for your response . i also talked to your costumer care centre but not satisfactory.
