Not reactivating

Airtel is not reactivating my internet connection... they told me that it take 7 days... to reactivate... i first complaint them on 17th december... now today is 5th january... i have called them 5 times... and every time they it takes 7 days... it have17 days now... i want my account to be reactivated as soon as possible... please contact me on [email protected]
