Airtel Broadband
Telephone connection not provided and Broadband not working

Hi,

This is Dileep Devendra, staying at Flat # F4, Canara Bank appartments, Sannidhi road, N R Colony, Bangalore. My phone no. is 9886811888.

I have recently taken Airtel broadband connection #40942267. No Airtel servicemen has come to install telephone and Broadband is not working after the first day, I have tried calling customer care so many times to no avail, i am finding this bit surprising as one of the best broadband connection provider is behaving the way you are. I am hoping that you will take quick action and resolve this issue ASAP.
