Poor after sale service of HP

A month Back i purchased a Hp Netebook NC6400 from the day one it started giving Blue screen Dump and shuts Down. I contacted hp customer care but since then a month has passed there engineer are doing R&D on the same they opened my NoteBook ten times replaced mother board two times and now almost every group is Loose and 20% of Screws are not Original and few are missing, in one month Laptop is Looking Like a 10year old machine. I even spoke to senior people of HP in india but they are not ready to replace the Laptop and now i don't know what to do. Can any body help?
