We have paid the money but no response

Hello sir/madam,

This is S.K.Devarajan from Aminjikarai, chennai.we have paid amount of rs.1000 as a first month bill for airtel internet connection nearly 10 days ago. But still the connection is not given.your colegues are not even giviing good response in phone.i dint expect this worst response from you.so kindly give the connection within tomorrow or else refund out money.
