Altec Lansing makes docks for iPods but they don't supply the docking cradle to make the iPod fit the dock. After seven months of weekly requests via email and telephone calls, I still do not the two-cent piece that will make the $300 dock work. How does the dock sound? I have no freakin' idea because it is useless without the dock. Guess what Altec's brilliant response to the matter is... go to Apple. Right. Why would Apple supply parts to make an Altec dock work? Idiots!
