Altec Lansing/VS4121 2.1 speaker system
Substandard quality of product after sales service

Hi

I had bought an Altec Lansing speaker system - VS4121 on 01/01/09 from Compuer Empire, Nehru Place, New Delhi, India.

The same was not in a working condition when i unpacked it at home.

Rashi Peripherals India PVT LTD is rendering after sales service & support for Altec Lansing. I visited their service centre on 05/01/09 along with the defective speaker system. Firstly they refused to replace it. I was even verbally abused by one of the staff members. Then after showing the bill & creating a little uproar about the injustice & their violating the terms & conditions of the sevice of the captioned product they replaced my product thereitself.

Now after 35 days the said product has again malfunctioned. It has stopped working altogether. Since I live & work in gurgaon i cannot always take a leave from the office for this purpose. I demand that RPTECHINDIA/ALTEC LANSING send their service personel to my residence & replace the spaeker system.
