I have a purchased a aoc 15" monitor from kamal shri computer rnt marg indore 1.5 year ago with sr no. aoclhdn94103497 model no. t69lhdncwka2nn and on 15/09 the same monitor shows half display problem and immediately with out lose any second i have lorge a complint to their toll free no. and given me a ref no. 11091501169 dated 15/09. and says that with in 5 days your problem will solved.
unfortunatlly alomst after one month mr. manish their local representative mob no. 097520 97101visited the site and sys that this is physically damage no warranty will covered but initial the problem wiht monitor is like pin size and after one months its came biger (half screen) mr manish says that we came change the pannel costing of rs3000/-
during the one months i have contect with mr. alim mr. mali kaddam mrs. kaushalya mr daud on telephone no. 080-30231020 atlest 15-20 time but they said that as the pannel is not in our ready stock. as soon as its receivd we will change the same.
my questtion is if its phycial damage then we can not working with the monitor but its working and i have typed this complaint on the same monitor will extra effort.
