We had purchased a AOC 19 inch monitor from a retail shop in belgaum, in just two months duration the AOC monitor stopped working, so we called up the AOC toll free number and launched the ticket.
We did wait for 5 days for the engineer to come, but no one attended the call, so we called up customer care center and asked the status, they said to me its resolved and ticket is closed, Freak!!!
So it took two days, 23 calls to convince them that no one came to repair it. Finally the agreed and said the ticket was closed by mistake.
And now its been more then 10 days still my monitor is not repaired nor i get proper response from the local belgaum service center which is located near ramdev hotel.
