I got Aquaguard m/c installed in early Jan. After a few days I noticed the carbon particles coming out and complained. They acted quite fast by responding on the very next day- that's nice. Their representative told me that if the problem continues then carbon catridge would require replacement.
Again the same trouble started and now they are charging me money for that part which was originally defective since purchase. That company is not responding now. I have already filed 3 complaints (66567864 etc) and talked to their senior officials. Only I got assurance but no action at all.
I don't find any justification for paying them as their product was NOT OK since beginning. In fact I feel that I might have got some serious health problems by carbon particle intake.
More than 4 weeks I have not got the problem settled out.
