Eplacement of cartridge

Sir/mam,

My aquasure platinum UV water purifier needs service which is to be done after 6 months. According to ur representatives here the cartridge is not available.they tell it will take about 1 month. Please tell me what should i do for next i month. Should i get water from my neighbours.
