There is an order of status quo against the 2nd of you granted by the honourable district magistrate court Alandur. In I.A – 532 of 2008 in O.S.139 of 2008 restraining 2nd of you from proceeding with the construction at 25/12 Morrison IInd Street Alandur, St. Thomas Mount Chennai – 600 016. Despite that 2nd of you is proceeding with the construction flouting with order of the above said court. In spite of complaining several times the 1st of you collude with the 2nd of you and allow the construction to proceed further, therefore 1st & 2nd of you are liable to be punished under the contempt of Court Act for violating the order.
Stop the construction immediately.
