MSEB Bill Collection Shop

Dear Sir,

this is my complaint against M/S. Balaji Tours & Travels, located at Aarey Colony, Near Royal Palms.

This shop also is a collection center for utility bills.

On the 3rd April, I paid my MSEB bill and my bill was duly stamped by them. Till date the amout has not

been received by MSEB nor is Balaji Tours & Travels refunding my money. On contacting them on

several occasions, they just turn a deaf ear and at times be quite abusive and agressive.

Would really appreciate if you could help me in this matter and advise any further documents

that you would require to proceed further with my case.
