We were the first customers to buy kitchen from their panchkula store in sector 11. We were promised waterproof ply wood kitchens. After taking 50% payment these guys are saying the shutter will be in cheap MDF material. I already had a Mdf kitchen which started giving off in 6months i keft that kitchen for 18 months and i had spent a lot on that kitchen brought it from hettich kitchen art chd. i did not want same crap material to be used and still i am getting that. If i asked for up gradation to ply they say that the company some a and a does not make shutters in ply for this finish and i cannot get it. These people donot tell initially they do not manufacture anything and then they blame the other company. I ask for refund they say that they have sent the advance to the manufacturing company and 15% will be deducted if you cancel the order. Now what kind of new sence is this i do not want to go into litigation but theses chaps are forcing me to. tha girl i had all the discussion with has now left the company and in our contract its written carcases of bwp ply but they say the shutters will be mdf.
I think people need to be beware of such companies this is the second time i have burned my hand rather third once got job done from a carpenter he was another pain. I feel they just sell showroom kitchens nothing is practical for home use just to keep in showrooms the kitchens are good
