Sir,

My name is Ravindra. I am residing in Jijamata Nagar, Worli. I am working in the area of Sangam-nagar wadala (E). My working route is Jijamata Nagar - B.D.D. Chawl - Sangam Nagar. I have a monthly City Pass.

Bus no 110, the route is BDD chawl to Sangam Nagar. Sometimes what happens, same number and same description bus comes. But, in bracket there were written PLAZA. If this bus will be going to PLAZA, why they write 110 and Sangam-nagar. People become used to number. If they see number, they are automatically are known where this bus will go. They don't read description.

If the above is going to PLAZA, why they write 110 and Sangam-nagar. Commutors get confused in this regards. They get into the bus by back door and get down from front door. Sometimes commutors drawn the tickets, conductor give them ticket, then tell them this bus is only for PLAZA. Then they get down in PLAZA and go for next 110.Then argument start. Somdays conductor keeps shouting PLAZA to avoid the confusion.

Why these confusion are happening.

My Opinion - if any bus leaving from BDD chawl for PLAZA. They should not write bus number and any other description. They should write "PLAZA" only.or decide any fix number for PLAZA.So commuters would be known that is bus will be heading for PLAZA. Conductors also need not to shout Plaza Plaza Plaza.

I hope this suggestion could be very beneficial for BEST buses.
