Not deliver cylinder at time

Sir,

My Name is Lokesh Kushwah. My gas no is 10503 from MODERN GAS SERVICE (Distributor no is :&01442332978) (Bharat Gas) in Alwar (Rajasthan), i have gas booked on 16-November but till date 8-December i have not received gas. When we talk to him they make excuse that " no body at home and you don't have empty cylinder that time, i am sick of these things so please help me these type of problem.
