Nondelivery of refill cylinde

My Consumer no is 35145 with Raaki Gas, SInganallur, COimbatore.

I booked refill cylinder on December 08, and till date (13/01) have not recieved the cylinder. Frequent calls to the agency only results in them assuring me that the cylinder will be delivered immediately.

Also at the time of booking, they say it will take 20 days for delivery. Is this the normal delay? I made two complaints on the ebharatgas website but have not received any reply so far. I do not know what else to do or if there is anyone else to whom I can make a complaint.
