Not attending telephone and delay in delivery

It is experienced that services of Shahjahanpur Gas Agency distributor of Bharat Gas are very poor as the receiver of telephones are not kept properly resulting it goes whole day busy during their working hours due to which a lot of difficulties are faced by the customers during refill booking and enquiries. They also decline to book the refills within 21 days from the last delivery. While personal contact they stated that all the bookings will be entertained after 21 days and delivery will be made after 10 days (minimum) of booking which cause a great problem for a joint or big family. their Home delivery charges are also not justified as they charge Rs.360.00 per refill inclusive of Home delivery Charges.
