I am having my airtel broadband connection no. 45032879 in the name of sonia mehta at shop no.82, old rajinder nagar market, near kotak mohindera bank, new delhi-60 with plan of rs.1300/- plus but now i do not require this plan and request to change this plan into rs.499/- pm plan. no action has been taken in spite of my phone requests. kindly interve in this matter and my plan rs.499/- be given to me at an earliest. thanks n regards.
