Bharat gas kothrud
Agency is refusing to provide second cylendar on existing connection

Bharat petroleum agency Bharat gas kothrud is not providing second cylinder on existing gas connection. They say company has send them email to stop providing second cylinder. Tried to contact BP company contact provided by agent but it does not work

Need clarification and confirmation from company on why they can not provide second cylinder
