Iam Ramesh. R who is residing in CRR PURAM, L&T colony Manapakkam, Iam working as a Project Manager in a pvt company in chennai..
I had been bought a flat from M/s. Anupam Builders in Manapakkam in the price range per sq.ft Rs.3100 total area 870 sq.ft. The anupam builders owner Mr. Hitesh sharma was very close to earlier ruling party (might be pinami). So we are facing the basic need of Water, drainage and other problems. The bore water mixed with septic tank water due to the point.1 reason.(this is against a human right activity)
The area panchayat Presedent Mr. M.Pandiyan also very well Know about this cheater Mr. Hitesh sharma, and also not taken action against him so far.
1.the bore well had been done near septic tank ie within 4 ft distance from drainage choke pit and 3 feet distance from septic tank, the water was contaminated due to this and we took the bore water sample and checked with King's institute, guindy report attached for your refernce, it says the water is not fit for domestic use.
2.The common EB METER name changing not done and tariff also not changed to domestic.
3.Outside the flat found every where incompletion of the civilwork, Rain harvesting pit not done properly etc.,
4.Inside the house all the window and doors were cracking not fixed properly and also in the walls found numerous cracks.
5.Local panchayat approval has been not taken for water & drainage facility.
6.No local authority approval has been taken,
7.Simply the builder replies you people not cheated how like me builders can survive.
I was given complaint to police and other relevant authorities and complaint filed in consumer court but no immediate action, court verdict may take more than 2 years also. We the people in indian citizen are no power against corruption and cheating companies. Hence i would beleive this complaint will defenetly will intiate some action against the cheating builder.
we were complaints about the issues with the builder but he is not responding instead of Rectifying the snag list, he sent us legal notice stating that he seek compensation in the building owners in the tune of 1 lakh each, we are in the building four flats.and also threatning for criminal attack.(because he was the well wisher of earlier ruling party)
