I have placed an online order for Accu-Check Glucose meter, which was supposed to be delivered by Blue Dart Courier Service. The order details is as follows:

Here are the main topics of the complaints:-
1) The product is yet to be delivered.
2) The DHL customer service is not providing any correct information about the delivery date, time.
3) Also, the customer service executive mentioned that they have the consignment (probably), and without any proper reason they are deliberately deferring the delivery.
4) The phone calls to the customer service is chargeable. And several calls worth a finite amount is being utilised by me to call them, and it is becoming increasingly irritating and difficult to track the package, with such lies.
5) The product was brought in due to emergency health needs. But the deferred reception in the consignment is causing more problems.
