Sir,

I Rameshwar Dass consumer of your company. My CRN No.1250110926 District/Division - Yamuna Vihar. My electricity meter is not working and I paid Rs.19441/- vide Receipt No.40030495727 dated 19.08.2011for Enforement charges in Yamuna Vihar Division and also paid Rs.2153/- vide Receipt No.40030533977 dated 12.09.2011for installation charges of fresh meter, But my new meter is not install till today after repeated request to your yamuna vihar divisional office During my personal visit your staff was saying, this deley is due to shortage of new meter stock.

Now approx. 1-1/2 months passed. When i paid all charges then this is too late.
