Unauthorised construction of ground floo

Respected sir,

i am the resi of 3115 mohindra park rani bagh, rani bagh new delhi-34.this is builder floor .name of builder Sachin his father name is D.K.Aggarwal build four floor accept ground floor that was parking place but in the parking he also build 40 yards residentiol floor and he is going to sell that part of parking, pls do somthing for us as soon as posible.
