It's just a money making racquet... we trust the TATA name and fall for it but it's been very disappointing. After a refrigertaor problem i am still waiting for a service after 17 days and not one call back from them leave alone a service visit!
I regret putting i that extra money to buy this warranty. Sheer waste.
