For about six months, I am regularly complaining for replacing two window panes (two were broken) out of which one was done in the first week of May and the other one has not been fixed so far. After I make complaint on the toll free number of CPWD, a message comes that the complaint has been registered. One and two days thereafter, another message comes that the complainant has been attended to, which is absolutely false.
Same is in the case of replacement of looking mirror.
What is the fun of starting the centralized complaint making system 24 hrs. and the work is not attended to in this fashion?
Would the CPWD look into the matter and do the nedful.
