Leakage in new water meter installed

Hi, this is to bring to your kind notice that, there were new water meters which were installed on 17th of April in the afternoon. However, after the people engaged into the installation departed, the meter pipe was found leaking terribly. The same was informed on the help line number 9990754888 the same day (17th April) and got a TAT to fix the problem within 48 hours. However, no one turned up within the given time period and thus the reminder was given thrice by yesterday (20th April when an executive of the helpline number (Ms. Bharti) committed that someone would come today (20the April) for sure to fix the problem. Again, no one turned up. As per the installers, The reputed Delhi Jal Board has given contract to L&T to install new water meters and they commit to give free services for next 5 years. But, it is observed that the services are not upto the mark from the beginning so how come they can commit for a proper services on a single call.

This has been found ridiculous and thus made me put this blog to find a way as if we ask a private plumber to fix the problem then we have to shell out money from our own pocket and overall the warranty goes null & void from the installers.

Kindly look into the matter as this matter of lodging a complaint online has been informed to the helpline people at 10.43AM today (21st April)

This is also to understand that how we people can reply on such kind of services in this daily busy life.

The area I am talking about is LIG Flats, GTB Enclave.
