DHBVN Faridabad
Incorrect Billing

Hi,

I am a resident of faridabad and want to raise a concern on our electricity bill which is provided by DHBVN, it was 6 months ago out electricity meter got damaged to which we have to literally struggle to git it fixed, though it took 5 months aprox, Now we were charged on the provisional basis for this time to which we have pad all the bill, Its been two month out meter got replaced and when we got our last bill dated jan132, it shows the actual reading plus the provisional reading which is cooming 730 unit & that is totally unacceptable... DHBVN is not at all looking after this issue, I urge for help
