Since last one year I'm using Asianet digital box (both cable and Internet). Today (25th Dec) morning onwards my digital box is not working. I have already paid for 6 months in advance. Most painful thing is I had call to this number (3016666) for service but your people are not answering and atlast one Lady picked up and told that cable having some issues. Their way of talking is not satisfied for me because she told that this will be solved with in few minutes[this is not the right way to talk to a customer].Do you think that customers are fools/ making fun with the customers. Still this moment this is not solved yet.
So I would like to make a complaint to your top Management because of you people, we had wasted my and families beautiful Christmas Day. I feel its like cheating from Asianet. I'm feeling shame and painful for me to send a mail this. Expecting a satisfied reply from your side for spoiling our Christmas Day.
