I am always charged for 0-6 KL basis but after our meter was stolen (FIR lodged) DJB has unilaterally UM billing and started charging on the basis of 2o KL per month for the past few years and DJB is not correcting the bill nor installing new meter. This is total harrassment of the consumer. Whom should I approach against the wrong.
