The lock was purchased from Raj Trading, Lajpat Nagar. Complaint lodged but no response.
Godrej quality has extremely deteriorated. The lever donot come back to original position with key. As a result the loack does not open. This problem is most common with Godrej. Pl improde the quality. Also kindly improve the customer service. Complaint is not attented for long time.
