My self Nimish Dave purchased RO SMART System before 1 years & approx. 03 to 05 months. Now It is not working. I have called to service centre named Payal service centre (Ph No 02653206241) Vadodara, Gujarat. He has send his Techanician. He has checked & told us that Adopter is not working & need to Replaced. He told us 1250/- for Adopter & 250/- Service charged for Repaced the defective Adopter. I Told him replaced. But When I see the Adopter which he wants to fit in my RO System is very older & found that this is not new Adopter. He has excuse that this we are Directly taking from our service center & the Body is only OLD, But circuit is NEW. If You need with New BODY It will having 2500/- charges. So now I have confused I have not trusted on the service Station.
Following Point to be clarify.
1. Why the adoptor is not working Although we have done last service in november- december. Even all service done as per schedule.
2. Need to clarify that Adopter or some Parts in adopter is not working which part only we can Replaced in place of Adopter.
3.Why he has come with OLD or USED adopter & taking charge for new one.
4. The charger is OK or not.
