Reference to my earlier reference, I am putting this complaint, regarding the illegal construction on roof/terrace by the owner, Krishan Lal Khurana, flat #8, 137A, Arjun Nagar, It has been more than three months, I have also put one application at lajpat Nagar, Monitoring Committee.

this build already has four floor, plus parking which makes it more than 50feet/15 meters high, now one more floor is added by the top floor owner, which had been brought into MCD Notice, but of no avail, there has been no action taken against it.

you are request to look into the matter asap, and do the needful to remove the illegal construction.
