Very late disconnectin of connection

Hi

i have submitt a application to SDO BSNL indrapuram for disconneting my broadband connection dated 23 june my land lin no. 2605537.

But they have not forwarding my application or due to any resion my broadband connection he going to disconnected 25 th of july and due to the mistake of bsnl officers and staff. i have to may unnecessary july month broad band rent.

so i kindly request you to pls made a correction and enssure that i have not to pay juyl rent
