Delay in supply of gas: consumer No. is 601856.
I have booked the refilling for Gas Cylinder on 12th March but still the supply has not yet been delivered to me. Usually a cylinder delivered within 48 hours, but here it’s almost 15days over. I have no gas for last ten days and one can guess with kind of trouble I am going through now. I have request several times the local agent, Hari Gas Agency, 022-24326979 / 24325969 Matunga, Mumbai, but all have gone in vain. I do not know what shall I do now? I am desparately looking for some help and suggestion. My consumer No. is 601856.
Every time we have to go there in – person, pay and collect receipt & take delivery from there shop. If we do not go there in – person, god knows when the deliveries of refill take place or whether it will take place? It's happening every months.
Sir, why is this happening? While other gas agencies are supplying gas with in a maximum of week’s period, why not this agency? Hence, I request your good self to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to avoid undue harassment to the customers. My contact no. 8097305866.
