Soma wi max
No connection

We have paid 7657/- rupees to have a wimax connection that never worked for the first 4 weeks then we had a bill for 2, 025 rupees & 1, 297 rupees which we paid albeit late as we were away from India. Now they have disconnected us completely & are asking for another 2, 600 rupees to reconnect. We were told by the General manager that as we had not sic

gned a disconnection notice we would not have to pay. The head man from soma in Goa Mr Dominic fernandez said we would have to pay. Have emailed him to show us the signature on the disconnection notice but he has not enough manners to reply. so all together we have paid in total 10, 822 for 3 weeks internet usage & they are asking for more
