No replacement of battery and poor response from customer care

I had booked 15 days ago purification kit after calling several times at 9235600600 and 9223200200 and finally got a booking number S10/KAN2328-008426. Until now no body responded despite regular recalling at customer care. The response was pathetic as they responded very poorly telling that noo such booking has been made. Why does a company sells a product if it doesn't provides the neccessary kit. We are left to drink unsafe water in city like kanpur where TDS concentration is immensely high.
