My complaint is regarding poor delivery of HP LPG refill and rude behaviour of staff overy the telephone. Sir I am a resident of panchkula and residing here since July. Since the the time we have shifted here, we have been facing issues with delivery of LPG refill. Our dealer is Roop Gas located in sector 20, Panchkula. Whenever you call Roop gas either you will find their number to be busy continuously or they dont pick up the phone. If they pickup the phone they misbehave and dont give the clear picture when you are going to get the delivery. Their delivery serivce is so poor they you have to wait for atleast 1 month for delivery of 1 rfill. We are a family of 5 people and I belive that one does understand that in winter season you can't survive on 1 cylinder for 40 or 45 days. Now your choice is either to put yourself and your family on starving or buy cylinder in black from Roop Gas's own delivery men which is not acceptible to me. I lodged a complaint to HP via reference number 09022444, but, nothing has been done so far. Please tell me what should we do about it.
