Wrong Promises and bad service

Hi,

Please send the Email or Contact numbers of the greivance department in hindustan unilever.

i am not happy with the service provided to me plus with the product.

i had purchased pureit from hindustan unilever dealer in mumbai (jalaram dealers) near dockyard.

first the sales guy gave me false promises that the battery of Rs 365 would work for minimum 6 months or 2000 ltrs. where as the baterry got over within 2 months with just utilisation of 1000 ltrs. we are 4 members in the family and daily we use 10 ltrs to drink and cook.

secondly when i called help line to come and change i got a call from jalaram after 2 days and when i told him to get baterry of rs 365 he got battery of rs 510 mentioning they do not have baterry of rs 365. so the customer have to buy the costlier one with no option. secondly they were so rude and when i called up the dealer to catch the sales guy manoj (9022637953) who is giving false promises to customers some Mr arvind (9920878344) pretending to be the complaints incharge also promised me that he will catch hold of manoj and ask him to meet me. but since 5 days they both have their mobile phone off. Manoj is still working with jalaram dealers and is still fooling many customers.

i need to escalate the issue higher authorities in hindustan unilever.
