I HAD SUBSCRIBED TO GAS CONNECTION FOR MY SALT LAKE RES FROM SUSHAMA GAS AT SALT LAKE.AT THE TIME OF BOOKING I WAS FORCED TO BUY A GAS OVEN TO WHICH I HAD NOT OBJECTED IN NOV.THE BURNER IS NEEDING REPAIR FROM SEPT10 WHICH REMAINS UNATTENDED DESPITE TAKING UP 3 TIMES WITH THE DEALER TELEPHONICALLY.MY ONLINE COMPLAINT SUBMITTED TWICE WITH JIHAAN HPCL IS CALLOUSLY HANDLED WITH REMARKS OUR OFFICERS WOULD HAVE REDRESSED WE TRUST.
HPCL SHOULD REVIEW ITS COMPLAINT REDRESSAL MECHANISM. I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED MY COST OF REPAIR.CONSUMER NO615797
