Problem in installing the product

Sir,

I purchased a RO system from your Alipore, Kolkata office on 11.10.10 which was not working properly for that they replace the same on 13.10.10 i.e. today. But machine supply to me today is also not working properly. I am assured by your technician that it will also be replaced on 18.10.10.

I have issued a cheque No. 274605 dt 15.10.10 for Rs.12055/-

I have given instruction to my banker to stop payment of my above noted cheque.

I will issue a fresh cheque to your Kolkata Alipore office if my new RO system installed

successfully on 18.10.10, otherwise I will not purchase the same from your company

and my cheque issued to your office shall be deemed as cancel.
