Non delivery of Gas refill

I am a HP gas consumer bearing the consumer no 622196 registerd with Devidayal Enterprise, no-17, CSC-1, pocket-E-15, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi-85. I booked a gas refill on 6-1. But even after fourteen days of booking I am yet to get the refill gas cylinder. Now a days the gas agency has made it a reguler habit to deliver the refill cylinder very late. It is therefore requsested that the gas refill should be made available to the consumer at the earliest without causing any inconveniences to the valued customers. Thank You.
