Delay in refill supply

I have book a cylinder on 22-12 and not received yet. Secondly I am unable to lodge a complain over the HHPGAS site as the system is showing Complaint already open for last 15 days

Please do the needful at the earliest.

delay in Cylinder Delivery & Could not complaint over the HP Website due to Previous Complaint already open. please close the previous complaint so that I would be able to complaint from the site in future.
