This is a very serious issue and needs immidiate attention. Firstly the phone is always busy and it is very difficult to get a cylinder booked. Once it is booked, I have to call many times to ask when the cylinder will be delivered and dont get a proper concrete reply. When I threaten to get his license revoked i get the cylinder after 3 / 4 weeks.
