Non-Receipt of the Water Bill

Hi,

For our Apartment HIG-359, RAJA NIVAS, we have not received the water bill for the last 8-9 months, i had been to HMWSSB office and filed a complaint and the complaint number is 9142 . It was closed and no one took action to generate a bill for us. Please help here to address the issue. Consumer number is 615735348.
