Diconnecting my postpaid connection

My post paid no 9633747373 under Kerala circle may be discontinued since i am now at New Delhi and shall require only a pre paid connection. Despite my request dated 21.06.2010 vide your reference no 32811871 the needful is not done.i am put inti loss because of the delay on airtel part.
