i am a customer on idea since it was spice before may be 4 years, running a small freelancing company from past 4 to 5 months i do not get maximum no. of call from my clients the reason was i am not reachable by when i call customer care they send a text saying over person will call you back with in 2 or 3 days, but never turned up
and the latest thing was i lost my cell 6 months ago after which i changed my prepaid to postpaid after which i have not paid my bill in time because i dint receive my bill but when i as the idea store person they say every person can there ask the out standing amount and pay the bill is it the way to pay the bill
last thing is i told the idea store person regarding the network issue at my place in the morning time, i was surprised because he told only for 2 streets in may locality there is no proper network at peak hours he cant help with it
