Non-connectivity of PNG

I have got the gas meter installed and checked, but there is no supply. Even after repeated complaints they always say that the supply will be started in 2 days. It is going like this for more than 20 days in which I have called Ruchi Infocom three time. Today on asking when our gas supply will start, Mr. Vikas Dwedi arrogantly said that whether you have relations with the CM or PM, I request that I be connected to the PNG suppy as my gas cylinder is quickly running out
